Description / Abstract
Rest, remember, trust. These are among the most foundational elements of Sabbath, yet Sabbath observance may be one of the most challenging – and neglected – practices for Christian leaders. Rather than guilt leaders about Sabbath observance, this workshop explores biblical, theological, and practical considerations of Sabbath observance grounded in rest, remembrance, and trust as an encouragement to healthy habits for lifelong discipleship and leadership.
